Day to Night Peach Sequins

Back for another 9 - to - 5 installment! With this look being a little more for the creative corporate gal.

Here is a look that adds a pop of color to the creative office day with peach sequin shorts. With Valentine's Day just around the corner, this look doubles for that after work dinner date while standing out from the red and pink madness. 

While keeping all of the traditional silhouettes of the a business look, the variety in textures and colors provide a good balance point to build upon. Strategic layering allows you to make this look day time appropriate while adding sophistication.

For me, I added this navy jacket to neutralize the peach sequin shorts. Thus streamlining the entire look while making myself appear taller since I am only 5'4. Which never hurts anyone - especially if you are petite like me. The subtle statement necklace also draws the eyes back up to elongate your proportions.

By the end of the day, I just know I need to relax at happy hour. So strip away an outer layer and let your metallic shoes take you where you need to go.
