The Little Black Dress
Today's outfit is an ode to the classic little black dress or LBD.
There are many variations of the little black dress but the trick is finding one that helps emphasize you and your wonderful curves. This is a closet staple that no woman can go without. LBD are reserved for night outs, but I love the casual appeal of this dress!
The classic LBD does not always have to be plain. With this dress the figure hugging material is emphasized with the black and white stripes which doubles in elongating your body and hiding your problem areas as well. Usually horizontal lines can cause problems so you want to counteract it with thin stripes and I have here an envelope detail in the front to break up all of the lines.
To make this a day time look I added some strappy metallic sandal which gave it some edge and a perfect streetstyle look.
